Agreement to these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Subtrack, an Android app by Luby Studio. By using Subtrack, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
This is a practical product terms draft and may be reviewed or updated with legal guidance over time.
What Subtrack does
Subtrack helps you track subscriptions, bills, renewals, upcoming payments, payment status, and shared expenses. It is designed as an organization and visibility tool for recurring payments.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the information you enter into Subtrack, including subscription names, prices, renewal dates, notes, shared space details, and invited email addresses. Please keep your information accurate and only invite people you are allowed to contact.
No financial advice
Subtrack is not a bank, financial advisor, accountant, or payment provider. Information shown in the app is for organization and planning purposes only. You remain responsible for checking actual charges, renewal terms, cancellation dates, and account balances with the relevant service providers.
Premium features and purchases
Subtrack may offer Premium features through Google Play. Purchases, trials, renewals, refunds, and cancellations are handled by Google Play according to Google Play policies and the purchase terms shown at the time of purchase.
Some features, including Shared Spaces invitation sending, may require an active Premium entitlement.
Shared Spaces and collaboration
Shared Spaces allow users to organize selected subscriptions with other people. If you invite someone to a shared space, you are responsible for ensuring the invitation is appropriate and that the shared information can be seen by the invited member.
Opening an invitation link does not automatically join a user to a shared space. A user must explicitly accept the invitation in Subtrack. Members may leave shared spaces, and rejoining may require a new invitation.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Subtrack to:
- Send unwanted, abusive, misleading, or unlawful invitations.
- Attempt to access another user’s data without permission.
- Interfere with the app, backend services, security, or availability.
- Use Subtrack in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
Intellectual property
Subtrack, including its design, branding, interface, and related materials, belongs to Luby Studio or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse the app or brand except as allowed by applicable law.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep Subtrack reliable and useful, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may be updated, changed, paused, or removed as the product evolves.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Luby Studio is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses related to your use of Subtrack. Subtrack is provided to help you organize recurring payments, but you remain responsible for your financial decisions and service provider relationships.
Termination
You may stop using Subtrack at any time. We may limit or suspend access to features if we believe the app is being misused, these terms are violated, or action is needed to protect users or the service.
Updates to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions as Subtrack changes. When updates are made, we will update the “Last updated” date on this page.
