Subtrack is an Android app by Luby Studio that helps you organize subscriptions, bills, renewals, upcoming payments, and shared expenses. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, how it is used, and the choices you have.

Information you enter in Subtrack
Subtrack may store the subscription and bill information you choose to enter, such as names, prices, currencies, renewal dates, categories, labels, notes, payment tracking status, and shared space assignments.
This information is used to show your subscription list, insights, calendar, payment tracking, and shared spaces features inside the app.
Account and authentication data
Some features, such as Shared Spaces invitations, may require signing in with Google through Firebase Authentication. When you sign in, Subtrack may receive basic account information such as your user ID, email address, and display name so the app can keep shared spaces secure and identify members.
Shared Spaces data
If you use Shared Spaces, Subtrack may process shared space names, invited email addresses, member roles, invitation status, and limited subscription previews needed to display the shared space to invited members.
Opening an invitation link does not automatically add you to a shared space. Membership is added only after you explicitly accept the invitation in Subtrack.
Payments and Premium purchases
Premium purchases are handled by Google Play. Subtrack does not receive or store your full payment card details. The app may use purchase identifiers or purchase verification results to unlock Premium features and verify Premium access for backend-protected features such as sending Shared Spaces invitations.
Analytics and app usage data
Subtrack may use analytics services, including Firebase Analytics, to understand general app usage, diagnose issues, and improve the product. Analytics data is used in aggregate where possible and is not intended to expose your personal subscription details.
Third-party services
Subtrack may rely on third-party services to provide core app functionality, including:
- Google Play services for app distribution, billing, and purchase verification.
- Firebase services for analytics, authentication, hosting, functions, and database features.
- Email delivery infrastructure for Shared Spaces invitation emails.
These services may process data according to their own privacy policies and security practices.
Data storage and security
Subtrack uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Some information may be stored locally on your device, and cloud-backed features may store limited data in Firebase services so shared features can work across users.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep the app practical, focused, and respectful of your privacy.
Your choices and control
You control the subscription information you enter into Subtrack. You can edit or delete subscriptions, leave shared spaces, and manage app data from your device or from the app features where available.
